The difference between a vest that wins a distributor's reorder and one that gets returned sits in the variant details: tape layout, closure, pocket set, mesh weight, print quality. It is a configuration system: you choose the dimensions below, we build to them, and the same configuration is held from your first carton to your fiftieth.

Beyond the standard matrix
Some specifications sit outside the standard option set — breakaway shoulders and sides for entanglement-risk sites, tape widths beyond the standard layouts above, or a second ground color inside one program quantity. These are welcome as development requests: send the requirement with your inquiry and each one is confirmed at sampling, in writing, before bulk production is quoted. If a development option cannot be held to the target standard, the quote says so at that stage — not after the order is placed.

Custom safety vests with your logo
Logo work is done in-house: screen print for volume runs, heat transfer for multi-color marks, and reflective print where the branding itself should bounce light. Artwork is proofed on the actual ground color before bulk — fluorescent grounds shift perceived print colors, and a proof on white paper will lie to you. Private labels, size labels in your language set, and retail polybagging with your barcode complete the program.

- Lead times: samples 7 days; bulk 35 days (China) or 90–120 days (Myanmar) production, freight excluded

What tape layout should I order for road crews? For public-roadway work, most buyers specify two horizontal bands plus shoulder braces (the H-pattern) at the tape width their target class requires — it keeps the torso visibly banded from every angle. Tell us your market's standard (EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107 class) and we will match the pattern and tape area to it.
Can one order mix colors and sizes? Sizes, yes — a full size run inside one configuration is standard. Colors: a second ground color is treated as a development request and confirmed at sampling; whether it shares the program MOQ is stated in writing in the quote, not assumed.
Do you print on mesh vests? Yes — print methods are matched to mesh weight so the mark survives flexing and washing. For fine multi-color artwork we recommend the solid-body vest, and we will say so in the quote if your artwork needs it.
